Sean Newcomb
Sean William Newcomb (born June 12, 1993) is a professional baseball pitcher in the Minor League Baseball system of the Atlanta Braves. He played college baseball at the University of Hartford. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the first round of the 2014 Major League Baseball Draft. He is rated as the 19th overall prospect in baseball according to MLB.com.

As a freshman at Hartford in 2012, Newcomb started nine games before suffering a season-ending injury.
